Introduction

This machineis mainly used for rubber plasticating,mixing,warming and sheeting.With hard-ened tooth-surface reducer and welded base plate,this mill has the advantages of high efficiency,compact conformation,low noises, good antifriction of tooth-face compared with the same kind of equipments

A) Rolls : The roll is made of alloy chilled cast iron ,so the surface is hard and wearable;

B) Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit : Through worm and worm gear drive clutch rod for Parallel sheeting hand wheels to close the NIP from One point only

C) Roll Cooling :Universal Rotary joints with inner Spray pipes with Hoses and Headers. Piping is complete up to supply pipe terminal.

D) Journal Bearing Housing :Heavy Duty Steel Casting Housing fitted with Anti Friction Roller Bearings

E) Lubrication : Manual / Motorized Grease lubrication pump for Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.

F) Stand Frame & Apron (Cap) :Heavy Duty Steel Casting.

G) Gearbox :Helical Reduction Gearbox Greaves/ Shanti make direct coupled with Rear roll and Motor

H) Base Frame :Common base frame heavy duty, Steel Beams and MS plate fabricated accurately machined on which whole machine with Gearbox and motor are fitted. No deep foundation required

I) Electric Control Panel :Star Delta Electric operating panel with Auto Reversing, Voltmeter, Ampere, Overload protection relay, 3 Phase Indicator and Emergency Stop Switch.
